(a) On or about November 5, 2014 at worksite located Soccer Dr and N Drury, Kansas City, Missouri.-employees were exposed to serious eye injury while using a Hibatchi brand pnuematic nail gun without eye protection.    Abatement certification for this violation is not required.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6):    The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous:    (a)On or about November 5, 2014 at worksite located Soccer Dr and N Drury,Kansas City, MO.-employees were exposed to serious electrical injuries, in that the saw being used to cut lumber rdid not have a ground pin to ensure the path to ground was permanent, continuous and effective.    Abatement certification for this violation is not required, abated during the inspection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):   Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   (a) On or about November 5, 2014 at worksite located Soccer Dr and N Drury, Kansas City, Missouri.-employees were exposed to a fall hazard when performing  framing  activities  at an elevation of approximately 10 feet  without an approved form of fall protection, to include, guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
