29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about November 7, 2014, at 1501 Azaelea Brook Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia: Three employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25-feet and greater when they used rock climbing harnesses tied off to clamps at their waist to work on an approximately 6/12 to 9/12 pitch roof and gables. Daniel Benitez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 876746, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Suwanee, Georgia.
