29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a. On or about November 8, 2014, an employee using a Makita 5007F handsaw  to cut plywood pieces was not wearing safety glasses, exposing himself to being hit by flying debris.   b. On or about November 8, 2014, an employee using a Hitachi NR83A2 pneumatic nail gun to nail plywood pieces was not wearing safety glasses, exposing himself to being hit by nails or flying debris.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a. On or about November 8, 2014, employees at the jobsite were not wearing protective helmets, exposing themselves to overhead hazards.  The Cedillo's Professional Painting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979532, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at east Royal Fern way, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a. On or about November 8, 2014, an employee performing framing operations was not protected from a 10-foot 2-inch fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternative fall protection.  The Cedillo's Professional Painting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979532, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at east Royal Fern way, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459.
