29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net s(a) At a jobsite in Rockford, Illinois, employees working approximately 30 feet above grade conducting roofing work were not using fall protection and exposed to 30 foot falls. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.149(d).
