OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards from riding a conveyor belt system to deliver roof tiles: a) At an existing residence located at 254 Atlantic Avenue in Palm Beach, Florida: On or about July 1, 2021, employees were exposed to fall hazard of up to 24' while riding the truck's conveyor belt to gain access to and from the residence's roof.
