OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by and crushing hazard from a collapsing wall:  a) On November 7, 2014 and at times prior thereto Magelby Construction of Sun Valley, LLC did not ensure that its framing sub-contractor protected its employees from a struck-by and crushing hazard.  The sub-contractors employees performed interior wall framing activities next to a 24 foot high, 50 foot long, 2 hour fire separation wall.  Bracing for the fire suppression wall was not properly positioned nor adequately maintained throughout the construction process.    Note) Documentation AND certification of corrective actions are required for this item
