29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) (a) Thunder Spring Residences Unit D6.: On or about October 11, 2019 and at times prior, as the controlling employer Magleby Construction Sun Valley, LLC did not ensure that subcontractor employees of Blackwell Construction, Inc were provided fall protection for fall exposures at approximately 17.5 feet. Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item. Magleby Construction Sun Valley, LLC was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1007878, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 13, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 101 Diamond Back Lane, Blg. E, Sun Valley, ID 83353.
