29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: a) In the core making area there was an air gun that was not equipped with a pressure reducing tip. The air gun was pressure tested at the time of the inspection and showed approximately 50 p.s.i. on the gauge which exceeds the 30 p.s.i. OSHA standard for cleaning purposes. b) In the pattern shop there was an air gun that was not equipped with a pressure reducing tip.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1): Each disconnecting means required by Subpart S of Part 1910 for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) At the time of the inspection on 11/13/2014 a SQUARE D 480 volt disconnect for an outside bag house was observed on the North wall of the Finish/Ship/Receive building by the exit door that was not labeled to indicate its purpose. DE PERE FOUNDRY, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1910.303(f)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 190649, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002/a AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 4/24/2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE AT 805 S. SIXTH STREET, DE PERE, WI. 54115.
