29 CFR 1904.4: The employer, having more than 10 employees and a recordable injury, did not maintain OSHA Injury/Illness records as required: a) On or about November 13, 2014 and at times prior thereto at the establishment; the employer did not maintain OSHA 300 Logs, or 300-A summaries for injuries and illnesses occurring in the work place. On 11/5/14 a maintenance employee sustained an eye injury requiring a prescription. The Hudson Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.4, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 959461, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2290 Route 199, Pine Plains, NY 12567.
