29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: (a) On or about 11/12/2014 - Main plant, an employee working on third shift engaged in servicing and/or maintenance activities for equipment such as, but not limited to, furnaces, cranes, hoists, forklifts, and saws had not been trained on the energy control program for the facility.
