29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) West side, new Stonewalk Loft construction located at 58 Canton Street, Alpharetta, GA 30004: Employees were exposed to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 11'2" while installing 1/2-inch OSB plywood sheathing from inside a Genie S-40 Aerial Lift Basket without fall protection. Marietta Drywall, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 947938, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/08/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2340 Windy Hill Road, Marietta, GA 30008.
