29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) Commercial construction located at 7425 Spout Springs Road, Braselton, GA 30517: On or about 5/21/2025, the employer exposed employees to potential struck by hazards during overhead operations, in that head protection was not used where tools such as drills, circular saws, oscillating saws were used above.
