DuPont de Nemours Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1920.119(g)(10(i) which is contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313371924, Citation Number 1, Item Number 5, Issued on July 19, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 901 West DuPont Ave., Belle, WV.  This file became a Final Order on August 24, 2010.  Abatement documentation required for this item.  Agreed Penalty: $35,000
