29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) North side of residence located at 12200 Belvoir Lane, Alpharetta, Georgia. Employees were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns to install siding and were exposed to eye and face injuries.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) North side of residence located at 12200 Belvoir Lane, Alpharetta, Georgia. Employees working from a pump jack scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 25-feet as no guard rail or safety net system had been installed to protect the open ends and edges of the working platform. Additionally, the exposed employees were not wearing a personal fall arrest system.
