29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator: a) On or about November 11, 2014, nd at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating the SCMI saw with no spreaders in place. Hartson Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1901.213(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950439, citation number 1, item number 2b, and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3340 S. Zuni St., Sheridan CO 80110. Hartson Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1901.213(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981784, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on October 8, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3340 S.
