29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 124 St. Lawrence St, Rehoboth Beach, DE - Workers were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 ft. while framing a residence, without any means of fall protection. Observed on 11/18/14. Note: Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
