29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. At a worksite located at 3141 SW Summit View Trail, Lee's Summit, MO 64082, employees were exposed to struck by hazards to their eyes and faces. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to use a pneumatic nail gun without utilizing eye and face protection.
