29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. On or about November 19, 2014, employees who were performing masonry activities on the roof of a newly constructed residential home were not provided fall protection exposing the employees to an unprotected fall hazard of over 6 feet to the ground below.
