29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. At 1755 Wyndale Street, Houston TX, employees were working by a wall opening at an approximate height of 20 feet, exposing employee to fall hazard. JOSE M. AGUILERA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A SIMILAR VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR1926.501(b)(13) CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315724351, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON APRIL 10 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 11063 SOUTHDOWN TRACE TRAILS, TX 77034.
