29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about September 10, 2024, while working on the southern side of the worksite, an employee was working on the second story of an apartment building with no fall protection systems in place. Jose M. Aguilera was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1493157, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/03/2021 with respect to a workplace located at 15022 Vance Jackson Rd., San Antonio, TX 78249.
