29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about November 21, 2014, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting reroofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. JD Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 942879 citation 1 item 1 issued on October 29, 2013, and became a final order on November 11, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7539 Greenough Road, Peyton, CO.
