29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: (a) JD Roofing at 939 Perry St. Denver, CO 80204: On or before 11/2/2017 the exposing, creating and controlling employer did not protect employees from injury in that eye protection was not provided or required when operating pneumatic nail guns while shingling a single story single family home. This condition exposed employees to eye injuries resulting form flying particles. JD Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088874, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/30/15, with respect to a workplace located at 805 E Drake Rd. Ft. Collins, CO 80525. JD Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 940343, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/12/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 481 Wind River Dr. Windsor, CO 80550.

JD Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1052160, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/13/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 705 E.
