29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:   a) For employees working at 12668 Flatwood Creek Drive in Gibsonton, as observed on or about November 24, 2014. Employees were observed working on the second floor of the new residential home. The stairway located in the middle of the home was not equipped with a stair rail system along the unprotected side to prevent employees form falling to the lower level. The second floor sheathing to the first floor ground measured approximately 11 feet 2 inches.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) For employees working at 12668 Flatwood Creek Drive in Gibsonton, as observed on or about November 24, 2014. Employees were observed working on the roof with a 6:12 pitch. The eave to ground height was approximately 20 feet and the employees had no fall protection system in place.    b) For employees working at 12668 Flatwood Creek Drive in Gibsonton, as observed on or about November 24, 2014. Employees were working on the second floor of the new residential home where 2 window openings were unguarded. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 9 feet 4 inches.    Rejevaz Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989212, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 06 November, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1200 Quail Drive, Sarasota, Florida.  Rejevaz Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 973834, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 30 June, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Alistar Drive, Wimauma, Florida.  Rejevaz Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989212, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 06 November, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1200 Quail Drive, Sarasota, Florida.
