Duie Pyle/ 5000 Industrial Drive, Carteret, NJ - Truck Yard:  The employer's documented Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) dated 7/2/2010 did not consider all job functions such as but not limited to Terminal Yard Workers, and Fuelers. Hazardous conditions and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as but not limited to vehicle traffic/movement and employee visibility were not addressed.     Employees are required to walk across the terminal's truck yard to perform daily checks, pick up new propane cylinders and fueling operations.   Condition noted on/or about 11/24/2014.
