Electric Ave., West Milwaukee worksite, in the Bay 2 Paint Room. on the south wall, flammable paints and primers were stored in a metal cabinet which did not have a functional 3 point lock. This storage cabinet was also not labeled with the required warning: "Flammable - Keep Fire Away". (b) At the 4700 W. Electric Ave., West Milwaukee worksite, the Bay 2 Paint Room, on the west wall, a drum of flammable lacquer thinner was stored in a metal cabinet that was not labeled with the required warning: "Flammable - Keep Fire Away."
