29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When the employer has reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer shall retrain each such employee when inadequacies in the affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained that requisite understanding or skill: a. On or about December 2, 2014, at the jobsite located at 4100 Millennium Blvd., Massillon, Ohio 44646, during the installation of roofing material on a low-sloped roof, the employer did not assure that is employees working at that jobsite were retrained when circumstances gave the employer reason to believe that one or more of its employees at the jobsite had not retained the requisite understanding and skill on which they had ben previously trained in the use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used.
