29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): (a) Weld Shop: An employee conducting stainless steel welding was exposed to chromium (VI) at an 8 hour Time Weighted Average of 0.240 micrograms per cubic meter of air for the 112 minute sampling period. The employer did not conduct an initial exposure assessment to determine the employees 8 hour time weighted average, as determined on December 18, 2014.
