Fourth floor, Woodworking area - On December 1, 2014, the aisle leading to the emergency exit was 23 inches wide between machinery and the storage wood planks. MFB Holdings, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 897924, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 25 October, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at MFB Holdings, LLC.

29 CFR 1910.107(c)(6): Electrical wiring, motors, and other equipment outside of but within twenty (20) feet of any spray area, and not separated therefrom by partitions, produced sparks under normal operating conditions and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of this part for Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Locations: a. Fourth Floor, Laminating Spray Area - On 19 December, 2014, wall mounted outlets, lights, and wiring along the wall was within twenty feet of spray area and not separated by partitions, and were not classified for use in a class I division 2 hazardous location. In addition, a hand-held router, not classified for class 1 location, was used on the floor within 20 feet of the laminating table. MFB Holdings, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.107(c)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 897924, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 25 October, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at MFB Holdings, LLC.
