29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about 11/17/2014, at the south west corner of the production area, the conduit for the electrical disconnect box for the Waterbury Farrel Plate Threader, Model #40, was loose.

29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): Employers shall train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013. On or about 11/17/2014, at the Press and Secondary Operations area, where employees used chemicals such as Super Cut #41 and Heavy Tap Lube, training on the new label elements and safety data sheets formats was not given by the effective date of December 1, 2013.
