29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Fort Fisher: Where the employer had developed a written hazard communication program, the program was deficient in that it did not describe how criteria such as labeling procedures, employee training elements and access to material safety data sheets (MSDS) would be accomplished for all employees engaged in the use of hazardous chemical products such as, but not limited to flux, PVC cement and primer. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
