29 CFR 1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system: a) Roof of residence located at 12670 Hearthstone Way, Lot 20 Hearthstone subdivision, Alpharetta, Georgia. Employees, installing composite shingles, were not wearing personal fall arrest systems. The employees were wearing mountaineering positioning belts which were attached to a lifeline via a lanyard and a rope grab. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of 21-feet 9-inches.
