29 CFR 1926.651(l): Guardrails complying with 1926.502(b) were not provided where walkways were 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels: JOB SITE: 1222 Spruce Street, Saint Louis, MO 63102, on or about 12/11/2014, at this work site, located on the southwest corner of the federal building, the walkway along the edge of the open excavation was not protected with a guardrail system. The fall distance was approximately 13 feet to the bottom of the excavation.
