At 7800 N Lindbergh, Florissant, MO 63031 - On or about August 17, 2021, Employees of Hance Construction were exposed to engulfment hazards due to a lack of a stairway, ladder, ramp or other safe means of egress in a trench excavation that was more than 4 feet in depth.
