The employees were not provided periodic examinations of their body parts and nostrils. OR In the alternative: 29 CFR 1910.1026(k)(1)(i)(C) On or about December 10, 2014: Employees in the basement of the dipping and coating building were exposed to an emergency spill containing hexavalent chromium. The employees were not provided an examination of their body parts and nostrils.
