29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: a. 1910 Hudson Bridge Road, Stockbridge, GA (Oil Pit Area) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees (lube technicians and other area employees) walk and work in close proximity to the unguarded floor oil pit opening. Employees performs oil changes on motor vehicles. There was no guardrails and/or other means of fall protection to the floor opening, to prevent employees from accidently falling to lower level, on or about 12/10/14.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: a. 1910 Hudson Bridge Road, Stockbridge, GA (Vacuum Area) - Employees were exposed to hazard of flying debris. Employees were using compressed air to clean the vehicles car's mats and employees' clothing when debris particles get onto the clothing. The air pressure gauge measured greater than 60 psi, on or about 12/10/14.
