Employees (lube technicians and other area employees) walk and work in close proximity to the unguarded floor oil pit opening. Employees performs oil changes on motor vehicles.  There was no guardrails and/or other means of fall protection to the floor opening, to prevent employees from accidently falling to lower level, on or about 12/10/14.

Employees were using compressed air to clean the vehicles car's mats and employees' clothing when debris particles get onto the clothing.  The air pressure gauge measured greater than 60 psi, on or about 12/10/14.
