On or about December 04, 2014 and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to impalement hazards while working from an aerial lift above unprotected reinforcing steel in a concrete wall. Uncapped rebar used as reinforcement in a concrete wall had an unprotected height of approximately 2 feet.
