29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: (a) AMR Assembly Area: Employees operated a Baldor abrasive bench grinder (serial #200802XL002013) that had a maximum opening of 1/2 of an inch from the right side grinding wheel and the tongue guard, as determined on December 11, 2014. (b) AMR Assembly Area: Employees operated a Baldor abrasive bench grinder (serial #200802XL002013) that had a maximum opening of 1/2 of an inch from the left side grinding wheel and the tongue guard, as determined on December 11, 2014.
