29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): The employer did not review the operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate: (Reference 29 CFR 1926.602 (d) for construction): a) Jobsite - On or about, and at times prior to December 11, 2014, employees were not trained per the manufacturers safe operating instructions to recognize the hazards associated with free rigging (i.e. suspended loads) while operating a Caterpillar, Rough Terrain Telehandler, Model TL1055; exposing employees to falling object and struck-by hazards.
