(a) Bldg 3030, Receiving Area, HMMS Section: On or about 10 December 2014 and times prior thereto, The emergency eye wash station was blocked. This condition exposed employees to delays in flushing eyes resulting in an eye trauma hazard. (b) Bldg 3030, CIF Battery Charging Station: On or about 10 December 2014 and times prior thereto, The emergency eye wash station was blocked. Eye wash had not been inspected since 04 May 2012. This condition exposed employees to delays in flushing eyes resulting in an eye trauma hazard.
