29 CFR 1910.184(i)(9)(iii): Synthetic web sling(s) with snags, punctures, tears, or cuts were not immediately removed from service: Parking lot: On or about December 12, 2014, an employee was exposed to the hazards of being struck by falling objects when operating a Simon-RO Boom Truck Crane, Model TC-2863, with rigging slings that had cuts, snags and tears when raising roofing material to the roof of a commercial building.
