29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: a) 960-987 Lake Avenue, Clark, NJ 07066, Unit #3. The employer allowed his employees to operate a circular saw and a pneumatic nail gun while not wearing any eye and or face protection exposing them to eye and face injuries from flying debris. Condition occurred on or about 12/15/14.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 960-987 Lake Avenue, Clark, NJ 07066, Unit #3. The employer allowed his employees to install new roof sheathing on a new two story townhouse with no fall protection system in place exposing the employees to fall hazards. Condition occurred on or about 12/15/14.
