29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(2): All spills and sudden releases of material containing asbestos were not cleaned up as soon as possible:   (a)    On or around December 7, 2014. the employer was notified that there was siding debris containing asbestos in the vicinity of roof fan H at Unit 2.  The debris was not removed and nor was the site cleaned up until December 18, 2014.

29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(4)(iv): 29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(4)(iv):  At the entrance to mechanical rooms/areas in which employees reasonably can be expected to enter and which contain asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM), the building owner did not post signs which identify the material which is present, its location, and appropriate work practices which, if followed, will ensure that ACM and/or PACM will not be disturbed.   (a) At the entrance to the roof areas of Unit 1 and Unit 2, in which asbestos containing material (ACM) was present on the siding of roof vent fan enclosures, no sign was posted that identified the material present, its location, and appropriate work practices to follow to ensure that the ACM would not be disturbed.
