(a) At the entrance to the roof areas of Unit 1 and Unit 2, in which asbestos containing material (ACM) was present on the siding of roof vent fan enclosures, no sign was posted that identified the material present, its location, and appropriate work practices to follow to ensure that the ACM would not be disturbed.
