29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) On or about December 15, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock injuries while accessing an electrical panel to energize several air compressors at the generator area. Several unused fuse breaker openings on the electrical panel were not provided with covers.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel: a) On or about December 15, 2014 and at times prior, an electrical knife switch panel at the west side of the body shop area was blocked with parts and equipment. The electrical switch panel was not readily accessible to the employees in the event of an emergency.
