29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a) On or before February 24, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to slip, trip, and falls along the south wall of the body shop adjacent to the tire changing machine. The area had multiple items including air hoses, wheel rim, and stock material were obstructing the walkway. (b) On or before February 24, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to slip, trip, and falls along the south wall of the vehicle repair area. The area contained a vehicle quarter panel that was obstructing the designated walkway to the employee break area.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or before February 24, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical eye burns from eye wash stations being obstructed by items to include, but not limited to: desks, concrete pillars, multiple tools, cords, and jack stands.
