29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drench or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided with the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about December 16, 2014, the employer had not provided adequate, suitable eye wash/quick drench facilities, with a minimum 15 minutes of flushing capability, in the laundry facility at or near where corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to bleach, detergents, and fabric softeners are distributed/dispensed to the laundry processing equipment. The Red Roof Inn was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 974593, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 15, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5021 Eastpointe Drive, Medina, OH 44256.
