29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6:    a- Coca-Cola Refreshments, Staten Island, NY - Outside storage racks for CO2 cylinders were staged right outside the bay door and not distanced from vehicular traffic.     Condition noted on or about 12/17/14.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer did not include an explanation of the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:    a- Coca-Cola Refreshments, Staten Island, NY - Employee training on the new label elements and the safety data sheet (SDS) format for the revised Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) was not conducted.    Condition noted on or about 12/17/14.
