29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a) At Lot 27 North Station Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about December 17, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to operate a skill saw on site that had a piece of wood wedged in the guard to secure the guard in the up position exposing the blade and the employee to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Lot 27 North Station Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about December 17, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to walk the top plate of framed walls without fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 9.5 feet to ground below.  b)  At Lot 27 North Station Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about December 17, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to walk the top of ceiling joists without fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 13.1 feet to the concrete floor below.
