29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a) At Lot 125 Bellaton Daphne, Alabama:  On or about December 17, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to operate a skill saw on site that had a small piece of wood wedge in the guard to hold the guard in the up position exposing the blade and exposing the employee to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  Lot 125 Bellaton Daphne, Alabama:  On or about December 17, 2014 and a times prior; the employer allowed his employees to walk the tops of framed walls while involved in framing activities without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 9.6 feet to the ground below.  b)  Lot 125 Bellaton Daphne, Alabama:  On or about December 17, 2014 and a times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities while standing in the trusses without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 15.2 feet to the ground below.
