29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): If at any time a powered industrial truck is found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe, the truck shall be taken out of service until it has been restored to safe operating condition. WAREHOUSE: The lights of the Yale powered industrial cherry picker were not operable. Electrical Wholesalers, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 315720334, Citation 1, Item Number 1a, issued on 11-04-2011, a final order date of 12-14-2011, with respect to a workplace location at 1935 Stratford Avenue, Stratford, CT 06615. ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.
