K & F Construction, Inc., Suncrest Village: On or about 12/18/14, the extension cords, being used to provide temporary power from the portable Honda Black Max 8750 Watt generator, to energize portable power tools, were not protected with ground fault circuit interrupters or an assured grounding program to protect employees from electrical shock hazards.
